This splendid tea caddy retains all the original boxes to its interior - rare in and of itself.  Added to its appeal are the beautifully executed star and fan inlays; opening the top reveals the interior with even more inlaid fans, oval paterae and the center of the top has the three plume feathers, symbol of the Prince of Wales. The central box has a seashell set within an oval paterae as well. Glorious all around.
